Cannot start microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window

Got this message on a Win XP Pro SP3 machine running Outlook 2007. Here is what I use to fix it:

Start->run..then type the following -> “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane”

Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer

If FTP pages not showing up in the familiar Explorer view and instead are showing in a list view. Do the following:

1. In IE, go to Tools->Internet Options.
2. Check the following items and then click ‘OK’:
