Windows home server error: windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.

While trying to run a file in Windows Home Server, you get this error: “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”. To unlock the file in Windows Home server 2003, right-click on the file and go to properties, then click “unblock” .
